Paradise Cay in Tiburon is one of the many “secret” Marin neighborhoods that provide a unique living environment. Almost every resident has a dock 50 feet or longer, with direct access to the bay, or a bay view. This is a friendly community, where neighbors get together for holiday activities, sailing races, and swim clubs. The Tiburon Yacht Club in the Cay has provided summer sailing lessons for children. Bike riding, walking, and jogging are a way of life. Residents swim in the protected waterways.
This quiet neighborhood of about 225 homes, on the good weather side of Tiburon, faces east to the broad expanse of San Francisco Bay. Directly to the west of the Cay are the hills and protected open space of the Tiburon Ridge. At the south end of the Cay is the Tiburon Yacht Club providing informal social activities for sailors and families. The newly constructed Paradise Cay Yacht Harbor provides deep-water berthing accommodates boats up to 110 ft X 24 ft.
Shopping is close by at the Paradise Shopping Center, with an excellent food market, and the Village mall at Corte Madera. The Golden Gate Bridge to San Francisco is only 10 miles away.
