Robert has more than 40 years of experience in designing and remodeling Marin homes. As an integral part of the Madeline Schaider Real Estate team, Robert assists buyers and sellers with his exceptional understanding of structural aspects of homes and the potential for improvements. This is a unique service that is provided free to our clients. For our buyers, he can identify and discuss aspects of a house that others may miss. For sellers, he assists Madeline and Alan in evaluating the improvements to each home that will yield the greatest profit on sale.
Robert began his Marin County projects by rejuvenating the abandoned former Star of the Sea Church in Sausalito and converting it to a 7,400 sq. ft. residence with two bedroom towers and a grand ballroom. This unique home is now for sale for $15,995,000 (June, 2024).
