We had a second home in Corte Madera, and were selling to move yet again to follow kids to east coast. We were unfamiliar with CA market, real estate rules and reg and found Madeline as an agent with ties and expertise in our area. We were blessed to have found her. She was aware of what market meant for us, kept us informed and tracked all the paperwork and requirements necessary to meet CA regs …. But primarily, she was there and available to help or explain from beginning to end of process. We soon thereafter decided to sell our primary residence in another state and move to buy a residence in a third state. I only wish we had had Madeline and Alan by our side to guide us through this process as those deals were not trouble or anxiety free.
