China Camp State Park

Peacock Gap Park

Peacock Gap Park, on Peacock Drive, has a playground, two tennis courts, and a turf field. Other amenities include a par course and hiking trails. This park is a 16-minute walk from 8 Greenside Way. ADA Accessible.

McNears Beach

McNears Beach is a 55-acre Marin County park on the bay, a 4-minute drive from 8 Greenside Way. It provides group picnic areas, expansive lawns, sand volleyball courts, renovated tennis courts, and a popular fishing pier for sturgeon, striped bass, shark, perch, halibut, and crab. There is also a designated trail head on the San Francisco Bay Area Water Trail and easy access for kayaks and canoes. 

Peacock Gap Golf Club

The 18-hole Peacock Gap Golf Club is a few minutes’ walk from 8 Greenside Way. The course is open to members and the public. The Range Cafe serves lunch and dinner every day, plus happy hour.  It also hosts special events and parties.
