Glenwood
Glenwood, along Point San Pedro Road in East San Rafeal, is set in a large level valley with California ranch-style homes along wide streets. Located between the San Francisco Bay and low ridges of hills, this area is bathed in light and enjoys warm days and cool nights. Streets have distinctive “wood” names: Robinwood, Surfwood, Briarwood, Castlewood, and others. Most of the homes are one-story ranch-styles built in the 1950’s and 60’s. Streets that gently climb the hills have newer, custom homes and larger views.
Location
