Advertise where your buyers are looking

Most buyers first see your house on the internet. Print advertising, important a decade ago, is of minor importance. You can see that the Marin Independent Journal has perhaps four pages of real estate ads on Sunday, where there used to be a dozen. The glossy, free real estate magazines are gone. Some monthly publications, like Marin Magazine,  have pages of real estate ads, but these do not sell homes; they sell real estate agents. By the time homes reach the magazine ads, they are a month or more on the market.Corridor

To cover all the bases, we advertise our listings in the Marin IJ and SF Chronicle newspapers to reach the minority of buyers who do not rely on the internet.

Internet presence is primary

When your house is posted on the Marin MLS and Livinginmarin.com, it appears immediately on all of the best internet sites, including Great Homes, Trulia, Zillow, and many more. Most buyers look here for homes. 

Our internet presence at Livinginmarin.com is unsurpassed. Buyers are drawn to LivinginMarin.com as well as our social media and blog posts. We also provide buyers with personal, individualized home searches and daily reporting. When your house goes on the market, our buyers see it!

We also create a new, high-quality individual website for your listing. This adds to a strong internet presence. 

The first showing of your home is in the internet. If it is presented well, buyers will come to see it in person. 

Personal networking sells many homes
