Sycamore Park provides a leisurely walk to downtown Mill Valley, through narrow streets shaded by old Sycamore trees and stately palms. This is the Mill Valley of picture books.

Location

Sycamore Park lies in the highly prized flatlands of downtown Mill Valley, nestled between Miller and East Blithedale Avenues.  The lower end of this residential swath, near Camino Alto, is Tamalpais Park. As the WWII era cottages in Tamalpais Park are improved and expanded, the two “parks” begin to blend. Houses range from elegant turn of the century to small summer cottages.
